IT'S not often you travel to watch your favourite team play and end up at a completely different match.
Well, that's exactly what happened to three Notts County fans travelling to watch their team play at Bradford City on Saturday, who soon found their plans scuppered.
The sorry state of City's pitch meant that the game was postponed just before 2pm which, of course left a lot of supporters in limbo, particularly those travelling from Nottingham.
However, after hearing about the postponement, three of the travelling army made the wise decision to make the most out of their day and visited the Horsfall Stadium to watch Bradford (Park Avenue) take on Stafford Rangers, which the hosts won 1-0.
Not only did the trio of County fans buy a match ticket and sample the Non-League atmosphere, but they also purchased a club jersey each to offer their support to one of our local teams!
