A CAR was seized after a driver was seen "acting suspiciously" in the Bradford district.
West Yorkshire Police officers attended Keighley Tarn and spotted the white Peugeot.
Checks confirmed the driver was only a provisional licence holder and had no insurance.
His passenger, a female who owned the car, was also reported for allowing him to drive.
A post on the West Yorkshire Police - Keighley Facebook page said: "The male driver of this car was seen acting suspiciously at the Keighley Tarn which raised officers' suspicions.
"Checks confirmed that the driver was a provisional licence holder only, with no insurance to drive the vehicle, no “L” plates and no appropriate supervision.
"The vehicle was seized, and the driver reported for the relevant offences.
"The female passenger, who was the owner of the vehicle, was also reported for allowing the male to drive the vehicle with no insurance."
