POLICE stopped a driver who was allegedly more than three times over the legal drink drive limit and had young children in the car.
Officers responded to calls from people concerned about a driver in the Town ward of Halifax on Sunday night.
Police said the driver's partner and young children were also in the vehicle.
West Yorkshire Police said a man was arrested and charged with drink driving.
