Each new year brings with it new challenges and a new start.

While staff and residents at Britannia Care can look back on a memorable 2023, the team at Britannia Care is looking forward to what the new year will bring and are already making plans to celebrate and mark several events which will be with us before we know it.

Shrove Tuesday and Valentine’s Day are back-to-back this year (Feb 13 and 14), and both days are popular with residents at the Girlington-based care home.

No sooner than Shrove Tuesday and Valentine’s Day are over, March brings us Mothering Sunday and the Easter weekend, so there’s a lot to look forward to.

Britannia the staff are looking forward to meeting these challenges and keeping things fresh and interesting. Despite those challenges Britannia Care continues to focus on their core beliefs; of care with compassion, supporting diversity in care with courage and continuity, while all the time seeking to surpass the high standards of care which are the foundations on which Britannia Care was built on over 30 years ago.
