- Nicholas Bannister, 64, of Bell Busk, north-west of Skipton is on trial at Bradford Crown Court.
- He is accused of causing the death of a 66-year-old Judith Wadsworth at the Coniston Hotel and Spa, at Coniston Gold by driving without care and attention.
- This alleged offence relates to February 7, 2020.
- Bannister denies the charge.
- Today is the fifth day of the trial, as we enter the second week.
- We are expecting the prosecution to close it's case and hear evidence from Bannister himself.
