So many innocent lives have been lost due to selfish driving. All because of inconsiderate driving so many precious lives have been lost.

Other drivers are put in danger when a driver is reckless. When "driving falls far below the standard expected of a competent and careful driver and it would be obvious that driving in that manner would be dangerous," according to Section 2 of the Road Traffic Act of 1988.According to the Act, "dangerous" also refers to a "danger of injury to any person or of serious damage to property. "If the offence is less serious, it may also be referred to as "driving carelessly."

Other instances of reckless driving include the following: Going too quickly or racing, ignoring stop signs or traffic lights, overtaking recklessly, driving while ineligible, such as injured or having vision issues, Knowing the car is defective or dangerous to drive. it can also be by Driving while distracted, such as by reading, using a map, tuning a radio, or conversing with passengers or using the hard shoulder meant for breakdowns while driving.

The most serious offence involving dangerous driving is when it results in death. It occurs when someone's driving results in another person's death.

The maximum penalty for causing a fatality while driving recklessly is 14 years in prison, an unlimited fine, and a minimum 2-year driving ban. The government is currently reviewing this, and it could result in a life sentence.
