A public inquiry over the use of buildings at Windmill Farm, in Burned Road, Shelf, will be held on Tuesday, July 22.
Last year an application was submitted for a lawful development certificate for the buildings' used by Norton Refrigeration. It was refused in July by Calderdale Council. The matter has now gone to an appeal and will be determined at Halifax Town Hall by a planning inspector.
