An Otley school's £5 million new science block will be officially opened this month.
Work on the state of the art, 13-laboratory facility for Prince Henry's Grammar School, which includes a new entrance and office accommodation, started a year ago.
Local politicians, governors and other dignitaries will be able to see the result at noon on Thursday, April 17, when it is officially unveiled - and a time capsule buried to mark the occasion.
The school will also celebrate the completion of its new science wing at a special 400th anniversary dinner for past colleagues and friends in July - when it will also be visited by a yet-to-be-named member of the Royal Family.
