EMERGENCY services were called yesterday after a girl suffered a medical episode.
Police, paramedics and the air ambulance are understood to have been called to St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: “Emergency services were called to Highgate, Heaton, at 2.31pm to a report of a young female who had suffered a medical episode.”
Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed paramedics attended the scene but were unable to comment further.
A passer-by said she saw two ambulances, an armed response team, a police van and the air ambulance.
The school have been contacted for a comment.
