Relatives of 77-year-old Edwin Micallef, from Heaton, who recently died at Bradford Royal Infirmary, are being sought.
Anyone who can help is asked to contact the bereavement office at the hospital on (01274) 364477, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
