Relatives of Kenneth Hainsworth, 85, of the Allerton area of Bradford, and previously of Queensbury, are being sought after his death at the Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Anyone who can help with information should contact the Bereavement Office at Bradford Royal Infirmary on (01274) 364477, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm.
