A cafe in the grounds of a Grade 1 stately home and business park has won a top building award.
Utopia, at Broughton Hall, near Skipton, has topped the Best New Build category in the Rural Buildings Award scheme run by the County Land and Business Association.
Used by the 500 employees at the 49 companies who operate from the business park, it was opened about two years ago and is on the site of a former walled garden.
