A wooden beach hut with a £275,000 price tag on a popular stretch of British coastline has been snapped up within a day of going on sale, an estate agent said.
The hut at Mudeford, Dorset, sold subject to contract "within 24 hours of marketing", Denisons said.
Property blurb on Denisons' website describes the hut as "charming" and says it has "panoramic sea views".
Denisons said another £275,000 Mudeford beach hut has also sold subject to contract.
