A WOMAN was hospitalised during a street robbery in Shipley.

A group targeted the woman and a man who were walking their dog on Bradford Road at 11.30pm on Saturday.

The group of males assaulted them and made demands for money. Two mobile phones were taken during the robbery, as well as a wallet and a small quantity of cash.

The woman suffered injuries which required hospital treatment.

The suspects are believed to have ran off towards Wycliffe Gardens.

A 15-year-old boy from Bradford has already been arrested in connection with this incident and has since been released under investigation.

Police have today issued an appeal to try and track down the other males.
