What do you know about Bradford lifeboats? Here's your chance
Greengates and Apperley Bridge local history group meets today (4th April) at 2pm at St Johns church hall, in Harrogate Road, opposite the eye clinic.
Members will be treated to a presentation on Bradford lifeboats.
Since 1859 11 lifeboats have carried the name Bradford as well as other local boats Queensbury and Saltaire.
Members of the public are welcome and the there is a charge of £1.50 to include refreshments.
