THE next Lates event at the National Science and Media Museum will take place on Thursday from 6.30pm.
At the event, for adults, people will be able to try exclusive science-inspired cocktails which are being created by fusion specialists.
The theme of this Lates event is future science, and students from Leeds Beckett University will display the latest immersive experiences, including live music, installations and performances all inspired by engineering.
In craft sessions, guests will be challenged to build the best paper aeroplane and design and test a catapult.
There will also be live talks from science experts about their latest ideas, giving people a glimpse into the future of science and engineering.
People can also visit the virtual Thresholds exhibition, pictured.
Lates is free to attend.
