Owners of stolen vehicle alert police after seeing it for sale on social media
POLICE have recovered a stolen car after its owners saw it for sale on social media.
Officers from the district's "Quad Squad" visited an address in Thorpe Edge after the vehicle's rightful owners spotted the online sale advert and contacted police.
A police spokesman said: "The vehicle has been recovered and will be examined in the coming days."
