A MOTHER and her three children escaped a fire at their house in Shipley.
The blaze was contained to the living room of a terraced house in West Royd Drive, at around 12.10am today.
Crews from Shipley and Bradford Fire Stations attended the incident.
Watch commander Adrian Pilling, of Shipley Fire Station, said the mother and her three children were outside of their home by the time the crews had arrived.
He added the home's smoke alarms had been activated by the blaze.
The cause of the fire has yet to be established and an investigation team from West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue were scheduled to attend the home.
