A DERELICT former printers building has been targeted by arsonists.

Three separate fires were reported in the ground floor of the former Lund Humphries site, in Priestman Street, Manningham.

Crews from Bradford, Fairweather Green and Shipley attended the incident at just before 2.20am today.

An emergency structural engineer was also called out to the site and police also attended.

Jav Khan, watch commander of Fairweather Green Fire Station, said: "There were three areas of fire.

"It has had a lot of fires over the last couple of years.

"The police were made aware and visited the scene.

"Three pumps and one aerial appliance were there at its height."

Lund Humphries was a fine art printer based in Drummond Road, Manningham, and was more than 100 years old when it closed in 1994 with the loss of 170 jobs.
