POLICE have identified two men they want to speak to following a shooting in Manningham.

Enquiries are ongoing to find the two men, who are believed to be local to Heaton Road, where the incident (pictured) took place at around 10.30pm on Tuesday.

The two men, aged 21 and 24, who were injured in the incident, remain in hospital today in a stable condition.

Detective Chief Inspector Jim Griffiths said: “At this time we continue to believe this was a targeted attack and there is not thought to be a risk to the wider community.

“Through our enquiries to date we have identified two males of interest to this investigation.

“We are now making extensive efforts to trace them. Due to the nature of these ongoing enquiries we will not be disclosing their identities.”
