VOLUNTEERS are wanted for this year’s Bingley Music Live.
The event will be held in Myrtle Park, Bingley between September 1 and 3, and feature performances by the Manic Street Preachers and Kaiser Chiefs.
Volunteers will receive free entry for the whole festival weekend, a free festival programme and food and drink while on shift.
A number of volunteering roles are available at the festival including gate team, programme selling, recycling team, campsite team, meet and greet and information team.
Diana Greenwood, from Bradford Council who is co-ordinating the volunteering team, said: “Our festival volunteers play a big part in creating a great atmosphere and help festival goers have a fantastic time.
“Volunteering at Bingley Music Live is a fun and rewarding experience, a great way to meet new people and to see what it takes to make a festival happen.”
All volunteers must be over 16 and will need to be available for all three days. Volunteer shifts are around six hours a day with regular breaks. Shifts do not start before 10am or later than 9.30pm.
