Bingley Road, near the junction of Goose Lane, Hawksworth, where the accident happened
A MAN suffered a "serious" head injury in a crash in Guiseley yesterday.
Police are appealing for witnesses to what they described as a "serious road traffic collision," which happened at 4.55pm on Bingley Road, near to the junction of Goose Lane.
A silver BMW was being driven along Bingley Road, from the junction with Hillings Lane, in the direction of Eldwick, when it was in a crash with a silver Vauxhall Astra travelling along Bingley Road in the direction of Guiseley.
The 58-year-old driver of the BMW suffered a serious head injury and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone with any information can call police on 01274 376299, quoting log number 1167 of June 28.
