A HEATON man has appeared in court in connection with a shooting on a Bradford street.
Nasir Humayun, 27, of Highfield Crescent, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The charge relates to an incident in which a firearm was discharged at a house in Stoney Ridge Avenue, Heaton, on May 22. Police stated at the time that the shooting was being treated as a “targeted incident”.
Humayun is due to appear at Bradford Crown Court in relation to the charge on July 25.
He was remanded in custody after being jailed for 16 weeks for two offences of driving while disqualified.
