Bradford is set to sizzle in 25°C degree heat on Friday as the current hot spell continues.
Thursday will be mostly sunny and 24°C (76°F), before the skies clear on Friday to treat us to some real sunbathing weather.
But you might want to think twice about any Bank Holiday barbecue plans, because in true British fashion rain and lower temperatures are predicted for the Bank Holiday weekend.
Met Office Deputy Chief Meteorologist Chris Tubbs said: “Bank Holiday Monday is still some way off in forecast terms and there is still some uncertainty about what weather we can expect, and where. That said over the preceding weekend it will probably become cloudier and less hot from the west with some outbreaks of rain, which could be heavy and thundery at times.”
