A 45-year-old has been arrested after police were called to reports of a man with a knife at a shop in Wibsey.
A police spokesman said: “Police were called to commercial premises in Beacon Road, Bradford at 8.48pm on Sunday following a report of a man with a knife.
“A 45-year-old man from Bradford was arrested on suspicion of theft and affray and remains in custody at this time.”
A McColl’s spokesperson said: “The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is of utmost importance. We have been working closely with the relevant authorities in response to this incident.”
