A FLAGSHIP store of a Bradford-based ice cream chain has re-opened three months after a devastating arson attack.
Bosses at Icestone Gelato have spent an undisclosed amount of money on its Great Horton Road shop, which celebrated its official re-opening yesterday.
The company’s factory in Springmill Street was also gutted in an arson attack on Christmas Eve, which caused hundreds of thousands of pounds' damage.
The factory re-opened a few weeks ago. Before the fire it had been kitted out with new equipment and the store had also undergone a costly refurbishment, said the firm’s director of operations, Paul Morris.
Mr Morris said: “We’ve got seven shops now and hopefully by the end of 2017 we will have ten or 12.”
