THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
The suspected drugs were recovered from the underwear of one of the men, police said.
Officers from the Bradford Organised Crime Unit saw a man outside the parade of shops on Festival Avenue, Shipley, and believed a drugs deal was about to take place.
A red Kia car was then seen to pull into the layby next to him.
The driver of the car, a 19-year-old man, and the front seat passenger, a 36-year-old man, both from Bradford, and the suspected drugs customer, a 35-year-old man from Shipley, were all arrested for possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
A quantity of drugs, suspected to be heroin and crack cocaine, were recovered from one of the men’s underwear, along with a quantity of cash. The alleged customer was also found with suspected crack cocaine. The incident took place at around 10.30am on March 24.
All three men were bailed.
