A DRIVER is set to be summoned to court after being stopped by police and having their distinctive car removed from the roads.
Officers from West Yorkshire's Roads Policing Unit (RPU) seized the BMW, sporting striking orange-coloured wheel trims, earlier this morning.
The vehicle was stopped in the Birstall area, with the driver found to have flouted a number of driving laws.
On its Twitter account, the RPU said: "Birstall just now. False plates, no MOT, no insurance, no licence.
"A bit of a strange taste in wheels too. Seized and driver off to court."
