MEMBERS of a group which helps people recover from a stroke witnessed the thrill of seeing their artwork displayed on Bradford's big screen for the first time today.
Brush strokes: Life after stroke features work from members of the Creative Stroke Recovery Group, which has around a dozen members.
Anne Sanasy has been involved with the stroke recovery group for the past four years after suffering a brain haemorrhage in 2012.
The 65-year-old, who lives in Tyersal, said the group was like a family who helped each other recover.
She was among the members who celebrated in City Park today as the exhibition of inspiring paintings and drawings was launched.
Mrs Sanasy added: "The group has been a lifeline. You can see other people's improvements and it spurs you on."
The special exhibition can be seen on Bradford's big screen on Wednesdays at 12.20pm and Saturdays at 3.30pm.
