TAKEAWAY owners in Bradford whose business have a hygiene rating of less than three stars can attend a free session to get advice.
The Good Food Bradford Project-led session will cover what Environmental Health and Trading Standards look for on visits; improving hygiene ratings; menus; managing allergens in the kitchen and communicating that with customers; and healthier frying techniques.
Councillor Val Slater, West Yorkshire Trading Standards Committee chairman, said: “Attending this free session can help the takeaway businesses improve food safety, increase custom, widen customer choice, save money and improve a business’ reputation.”
