KEIGHLEY is hosting a Tour de Yorkshire roadshow on Monday.

The roadshow is the last of four being staged across the Bradford district ahead of the cycle race.

Over 1,000 people have attended the events so far.

Residents and businesses will be able to learn more about the Tour and how to maximise benefits.

Details will be given of road closures, an annual sportive and Welcome to Yorkshire's various cycling legacy projects.

The Tour arrives in this area on April 30.

Councillor Sarah Ferriby, Bradford Council's executive member for sport and leisure, said: "The roadshows are open to anyone who would like to find out more about the Tour de Yorkshire.

"They are an ideal opportunity for people in the district to find out all about the event and how they can get involved."

The Keighley roadshow takes place at Victoria Hall from 1.30pm.

Anyone wishing to attend is asked to register.
