Menston: alterations and construction of single storey rear extension, 13 Newfield Drive. Menston: construction of single storey extension to rear with balcony and porch to front with loft conversion and dormer to rear, Hebden, 2 Moorland Crescent. Oxenhope: construction of one dwelling, 21 Moorhouse Lane.

Queensbury: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 3.4m, maximum height of extension 2,9m, height to eaves of extension 2.2m, 1 Scarlet Heights. Riddlesden: construction of a four bedroom detached house, land at 3 Granby Drive. Saltaire: works to roof and chimney stacks, 1, 2, 3 and 4 Victoria Terrace, Victoria Road. Shipley: integral illumination and screen to the ATM fascia, internally illuminated Free Cash Withdrawal sign above the ATM fascia, blue LED halo illumination to the ATM surround, 40-42 Avondale Buildings, Bradford Road. Shipley: replacement of the existing external HSBC signage with HSBC UK equivalents to comply with current rebrand standards, 1-3 Well Croft. Shipley: retrospective application for installation of a roller shutter on the shop front, 200 Leeds Road. Silsden: display of one hanging sign and post, five amenity boards, two name boards and one triangular sign, Punch Bowl Inn, Bridge Road. Silsden: surface development for the extraction of sandstone blocks, drystone walling, flags, rockery stone and gabion rock, Brown Bank Quarry, Swartha Lane.
