A STUDENT from the district is running this year’s London Marathon in aid of Oxfam.
Will Jeeps, 20, from Wilsden, will take part in the famous event on April 23.
He said: “26.2 miles of running around London may seem like a tough challenge, but that’s nothing compared to what some people around the world face every day.
“If you would be willing to sponsor me for the event, any donations - big or small - would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your generosity.
“I am fundraising for Oxfam, who fight problems such as poverty within the UK and worldwide.”
