The Healthcare Commission, the health watchdog for England, will meet in public in Bradford on Thursday, June 28.
The Commission holds five meetings a year in public at different locations throughout England. This is the first time it has held a meeting in Bradford.
Topics on the agenda include the Annual Health Check, the system by which every NHS body in England is assessed, the Commission's strategy for engaging patients and the public, the approach to managing regulatory risk, making the Healthcare Commission's information accessible to patients and a briefing on healthcare in the North region.
Commissioners and members of the senior executive team will also answer questions from the public.
The meeting, chaired by Professor Sir Ian Kennedy, takes place at the Great Victoria Hotel, Bridge Street, Bradford between 10am and 1pm.
