Less able-bodied Otley residents and visitors can now take advantage of an extended mobility scooter scheme that will help them explore the Chevin Forest Park. Electric scooters are now available not just from the Civic Centre but from the One Stop Shop, Otley Waitrose and the White House on the Chevin - where they will be kept by rangers who will take them to the nearest car park on request. Anyone wishing to find out more about the Shopmobility scheme or available bicycles can call the civic centre on 01943 466335.
