People in Bradford are being asked to help raise cash for stroke victims by changing their daily routine for one day. Esther Wright, deputy head of regional fundraising for the Stroke Association, said: "For example, walk or run to work rather than drive; hop to the shops rather than catch the bus; skip instead of taking the train or perhaps do the housework with only one hand - the possibilities are endless." The campaign is striving to raise awareness of the difficulties faced by many stroke victims. For more information telephone 020 7566 0311 or e-mail nationalevents@stroke.org.uk.
