Volunteers who have completed an NVQ will be awarded certificates tomorrow.
Housing advice agency Keyhouse received a grant from regeneration group Regen2000 to train 16 volunteers in advice and guidance.
Advice office manager for Keyhouse Javed Ashraf said the majority of people who had competed the course had already secured jobs.
He said: "It gave us an opportunity to help people who are economically inactive.
"They are all volunteers and what they have achieved is fantastic."
The ceremony will be held at the Sunrise Restaurant, Otley Road, Bradford, from noon to 2pm. Liberal Democrat leader Councillor Jeannette Sunder-land will hand out the awards.
