DETECTIVES in Bradford are investigating a sexual assault on a 25-year-old woman in daylight near to the BP filling station in Wakefield Road.
The alleged attack is believed to have occurred around 1pm on Wednesday. No other details have been released by the police.
An area of land is adjacent to Walker Terrace which includes a shrubby area and footpath behind a bus shelter has been cordoned off.
Two police community support officers have been guarding the crime scene between the end of the terrace and Wakefield Road.
Police are appealing for information and say the suspect is described as an Asian male, with short dark hair and dark beard. He was wearing black trainers, black jeans and a black hoody over a red t-shirt.
