FIREFIGHTERS from Cleckheaton were called out to rescue a distressed three-year-old who had got his head stuck in a toilet trainer seat.
The crew attended Buttercup Drive, in Marsh, Cleckheaton, at around 3pm today after attempts at home to free him failed.
A spokesman from Cleckheaton Fire and Rescue Service said: "It's not the first time I've seen this. Youngsters put the seat over their head and because it is curved one way, they can't get it off. We sat him down and calmed him and then simply cut it off with a hacksaw. He was fine afterwards."
