POLICE have seized a car thought to have been involved in repeated dangerous driving incidents in the Girlington area of Bradford.
Officers located the red Subaru Impreza on Sunday, March 20, in the back garden area of a house off Girlington Road, and found it was uninsured.
The car was said to have "used and abused", with its front tyres showing excessive wear and tear.
When questioning the resident of the property, police said they were "un-cooperative" and failed to assist in providing the details of the car's keeper or driver, leading to the vehicle (pictured) being seized to prevent further misuse.
Its owner will now have to speak to police to recover the vehicle and identify the driver to allow action to be taken.
A police spokesman said: "This vehicle had been used on a number of occasions at high speeds and driven in a dangerous manner in the Girlington area.
"The police won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour and positive action will always be taken where possible."
