THE owner of this noisy quad bike (pictured) has been warned that the vehicle could be seized if he keeps on being a nuisance.
Residents in West Bowling, Bradford, complained about a noisy quad using the roads as a race track.
Police locate a quad in Loughrigg Street which had an exhaust which was far too noisy for street use, according to officers.
The owner was told to change the exhaust/reduce the noise or risk losing the bike.
He was issued with a section 59 warning for anti-social use of the quad.
"The warning lasts for a period of 12 months on both the vehicle and the rider," said a police spokesman.
"Should he decide to ignore the words of the officer then he will find the bike will be seized on the next anti-social occasion.The callers were updated and pleased regarding a swift response from the police."
Police in Bradford are running a road safety operation to target nuisance and inconsiderate vehicle use.
Reports of poor or illegal driving can be made by calling 101 and using extension 20168.
