A MOTORCYCLIST has been injured in an accident near Draughton.
Police said an air ambulance had been called, with the A65 closed to allow it to land.
The crash was reported just after 8.20am between Skipton Road, Addingham, and Height Lane, Draughton, and caused long tailbacks.
The motorcyclist – who ended up in a ditch – is said to be conscious and breathing.
The crash also involved a car.
Police directed traffic at the scene, and the road was re-opened by 10.30am.
