Wasim Mumtaz is back in prison after being arrested in Keighley
A MAN who breached the conditions of his prison licence is back behind bars after handing himself in Keighley.
Police arrested Wasim Mumtaz, who wanted on recall to prison – on Sunday in Knowle Park.
Mumtaz, 33, was released on licence in November from a prison sentence for breaking the terms of a restraining order.
