AN EMPTY city centre shop unit will re-open as a vintage charity shop in the new year.
The former Millets shop, in a Grade II listed city centre building on Darley Street and opposite the Kirkgate Centre, will undergo a full refurbishment before it opens as an RSPCA store, New To You, selling retro and designer clothing.
The shop, which will be spread over two floors, will open in January.
Plans for the building's re-development were approved by Bradford Council in March.
A spokesman for the charity said: "It's a new concept to our charity shops and we hope to bring a new look to Bradford.
"If you have any vintage, designer, retro wear and items to help boost our stock levels, please call 01274 394316 for a free collection and look out in the new year for something different in Bradford."
