Shipley man, 86, accused of sexually touching woman
AN 86-YEAR-OLD man allegedly caught on camera sexually molesting a woman in her 80s is set to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court.
Michele Miucci, of Shipley Fields Road, Shipley, is accused of intentionally sexually touching a woman who was unable to refuse because of a mental disorder.
Miucci denies two charges, allegedly committed in Bradford on March 11 and 12 last year.
His solicitor advocate, Andrew Walker, yesterday asked the court for more time to commission a psychological report, pointing out that Miucci was "very elderly."
Judge David Hatton QC vacated the November 3 trial date and fixed a new six-day hearing, to begin on May 4 next year.
The case will be listed for mention on January 15.
Miucci is on bail.
