BRADFORD Muslim Women's Forum is asking for support towards an aid convoy for families caught up in the refugee crisis in Europe.
The group is collaborating with IUS, based in Manchester, to collect goods such as clothing, food items, and toiletries to make up shoe-box size survival packs.
The convoy is due to leave for Calais on Friday.
Anyone wishing to donate can drop off items at the Bayt Al Qaim Islamic Centre, on Bolton Lane, from 6pm to 7pm today and tomorrow.
Chairman Sabiya Khan said: "I hope we can help the vulnerable people currently being displaced and facing exceptional hardship."
Donations can also be made via www.justgiving.com/refugeeswelcome.
