AN artist has called for women to support an upcoming exhibition in Bradford.

Internationally acclaimed visual and performance artist Poppy Jackson has been commissioned to make the piece by Fuse Art Space for its Exquisite Corpse exhibition.

Her finished piece will critique the taboos surrounding menstruation.

She is now seeking participants to donate menstrual blood for the show and said contributions were welcome for donation in a clean and fully sealed transparent container.

The gallery requires all containers to be labelled with the contributor’s name or pseudonym, the date of collection and location.

The sealed containers can be dropped off at Fuse Art Space on Rawson Place.

The free performance takes place on Sunday, September 6 at 6pm.
