ARMED police were called to a street in Bradford to reports of a man lying in the road after being shot.
A crime scene in Wilson Road, Wyke, was still in place this morning after police were alerted at about 11.30pm yesterday.
Armed officers attended and found a 20-year-old man with wounds to his head and body, which were believed to have been caused by an air gun.
He was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
A 42-year-old man was later arrested in the Wyke area on suspicion of wounding with intent.
He remains in custody this morning. Inquiries are continuing.
