POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Bradford that left a cyclist with a serious head injury.
The rider, a 26-year-old man, was in collision with a Ford Fiesta at the junction of Parkside Road and Bowling Old Lane, at about 5.50pm yesterday.
He was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary at about 7pm for treatment. Police said he was still there today in a poorly yet stable condition.
The driver of the car was not injured but shaken by the incident.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or the circumstances prior to it, is asked to contact the Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support team on 101.
