THE case against a Bradford man accused of kidnap and false imprisonment has been adjourned so that he can speak to his lawyer face to face.
Eamonn Jarvis appeared in front of Bradford Crown Crown today on a video link from Leeds Prison.
He was due to enter pleas to the charges against him at the hearing.
Jarvis, 39, of Woodroyd Road, West Bowling, is accused of the kidnap and false imprisonment of Melanie Dunn and assaulting her causing actual bodily harm, between May 7 and 10.
His solicitor advocate, Ray Singh, asked for the case to be adjourned until August 6 so he can hold a conference with Jarvis in the court building.
